How much do your exhibition games cost to hire.
We have many different exhibition games and inflatable products, these vary in costs due to size and design. Our inflatables start from £99.99 and our exhibition games start from £89.99. However, you will find all our products clearly marked with individual prices.

Do you cover events nationwide?
Absolutely. Cream Games provides nationwide delivery and setup. We regularly supply entertainment to Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Liverpool, York, and many other locations across the UK.
Can I hire multiple products at once?
Yes, you can. Many clients hire combinations of inflatables, arcade games, and fairground stalls for the same event. Our team can recommend packages that suit your event size, budget, and audience.
How much space do I need?
This depends on the equipment you're wanting to hire. Some of our inflatables are really large and require a lot of space. However, our interactive games are compact and perfect for an exhibition stand. All of our equipment have a guide for space requirements, so you can plan your event space accordingly. We can also help with planning an event and advise on suitable event equipment for your space.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book your event entertainment online 24 hours in advance of your event. We advise to please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment, we may be very busy during school holidays and summer months.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes. Cream Games offers nationwide delivery, setup, and collection for all hire items. Our team will handle the logistics, so everything is ready to go on the day of your event.
Which areas of the UK do you cover?
We are based in South Yorkshire but provide entertainment across the UK. This includes Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham, Derby, Liverpool, Birmingham, York, Chester, Beverley, Lincoln, Leicester, Newcastle, Cambridge, Northampton, Hereford, Warwick, parts of Wales, and some parts of Scotland.
Do you provide staff to run the games?
For some activities, especially interactive or branded games at exhibitions and
corporate events, staff can be provided to help manage and supervise the equipment. This can be discussed when booking.
Are the products safe and suitable for all ages?
Yes. All our inflatables, arcade machines, and interactive games are maintained to high safety standards. We also offer equipment for different age groups, including soft play for younger children and competitive games for adults.
Do you have products for indoor and outdoor events?
Yes. Many of our items, such as arcade machines, photo booths, and digital games, are ideal for indoor use. We also have inflatables, fairground stalls, and giant garden games for outdoor events.
Can I add branding to your products?
Many of our activities can be branded with your logo or event graphics. This is particularly popular for exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations.
How do I book equipment for my event?

Do you require a deposit?
We require a 50% booking fee to secure bookings. Payable by debit/credit card, bank transfer, PayPal. Your deposit is a non-refundable booking fee covering the administrative costs we incur in processing your reservation.
Is there a cancellation fee?
- Hirers may cancel bookings by giving a minimum of 14 days notice.
- Bookings under £200 If the hirer cancels giving 14 days notice, the booking fee will be retained but the hiring charge will be refunded. If less than 14 days notice is given, the hire will be subject to 50% of the remaining balance.
- Bookings over £200 If the hirer cancels giving 14 days notice, the booking fee will be retained and the hiring charge will be refunded. Cancellations within less than 14 days will be liable for the whole hire costs.
- Cancellations for adverse weather situations will NOT be refunded. Cream Games will not cancel a booking due to adverse weather conditions. The decision rests totally with the hirer, unless severe winds above 24mph are forecast. We will also not be able to set up in torrential rainfall.
- Cancellations to bookings for adverse weather conditions by yourself or Cream Games are given four weeks from the original booking date to re-book any assets, after such time booking fees can NOT be transferred. You can move the booking date ONCE within any four week period, subject to assets being available. In such event the assets are unavailable, we will allow like for like assets to be chosen.
