How much space do I need?

How far in advance can I book?
We accept bookings up to 24 hours in advance, but we recommend booking early, especially during busy seasons like school holidays and summer months.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes. Cream Games provides full delivery, setup, and collection of all equipment. Our team ensures everything is ready and safe before your event begins.

Do you provide staff to run the games?
Yes. For certain games—especially at exhibitions and
corporate events—we can provide staff to supervise and help operate equipment. Please enquire when booking.
Are the products safe and suitable for all ages?
All our equipment is maintained to high safety standards and suitable for a variety of age groups. We offer soft play for younger children and competitive games for adults.
Do you have products for indoor and outdoor events?
Yes. We offer equipment suitable for both indoor and outdoor use—including inflatables, fairground games, and arcade machines.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50% booking fee to secure your date. This can be paid by card, bank transfer, or PayPal. The fee is non-refundable as it covers the administrative costs of your booking.
Is there a cancellation fee?
For bookings over £200:

14+ days' notice: booking fee retained, hire charge refunded.

Less than 14 days: full hire charge payable.
Adverse weather:

We do not cancel due to bad weather unless severe winds (above 24mph) are forecast.

We cannot set up in torrential rain.

If you choose to cancel due to weather, you may rebook within 4 weeks. Bookings may only be moved once and are subject to availability.
